リスティング広告を活用した研修医リクルーティング施策
研修医リクルーティングのための説明会を、Adwordsなどリスティング広告を利用し告知、参加者を募集。告知・募集ページや出稿クリエイティブの企画制作、出稿マネージメント等をヒアリングや各種データの調査・分析を通しておこなった。実施期間が十分ではなく、大きな成果を上げることは出来なかったが、以降のリクルーティング施策に経験とデータは有効活用された。
